We’re

seeking a

Senior Workplace Relations Consultant

to

provide

high level

and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters.This is a fixed term opportunity of up to 12-months.

Senior Workplace

Relations Consultant,

you’ll

contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

It’s

meaningful,

challenging

and exciting work.Day-to-day, you will:Provide strategic and operational workplace relations advice

in order to

resolve complex case management

matters

Inform, coach, guide and educate people leaders and P&C colleagues about the application and interpretation of relevant P&C policies, employment contracts and industrial

instruments

Contribute

to planning

and

preparation for

EBA negotiations

,

and

any

relevant process

and change activities, including planning, negotiation

,

approval

and implementation phases

as

required

.

Advise on workplace relations obligations relating to organisational change

.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Great communication

and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all

levels

Workplace Relations experience and qualifications in a related discipline

Approachable, with well-developed interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills
