The Opportunity:
We have partnered with a leading Queensland law firm to assist them in their search for an Associate to join their Workplace Relations & Safety team. Your role will oversee diverse matters and involve you in providing strategic advice and litigation. You'll also work directly with clients, cultivating relationships by advising on dismissals, workplace investigations, bullying and harassment claims, work health and safety, award compliance, and enterprise bargaining. And, you're receiving the opportunity to partner with two market-leading professionals, taking the reins of your caseload and providing mentorship to junior lawyers. Engage with businesses across diverse sectors, leaving an indelible mark in industries such as construction, mining, technology, education, health services, and more.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in a range of employment and industrial relations matters
  • A robust work ethic, technical prowess, and organizational finesse
  • Proactivity in delivering timely solutions to intricate legal challenges
  • A genuine passion for and interest in employment law
  • Stellar interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eagerness to mentor your peers
