About the role
We're seeking a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant to provide high level and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters.
This is a fixed term opportunity of up to 12-months.

As our Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:Provide strategic and operational workplace relations advice in order to resolve complex case management mattersInform, coach, guide and educate people leaders and P&C colleagues about the application and interpretation of relevant P&C policies, employment contracts and industrial instrumentsContribute to planning and preparation for EBA negotiations, and any relevant process and change activities, including planning, negotiation, approval and implementation phases as required.Advise on workplace relations obligations relating to organisational change.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levelsWorkplace Relations experience and qualifications in a related disciplineApproachable, with well-developed interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills
