What You’ll Do Providing an immediate and effective response to critical incidents Escorting patients safely to other departments or appointments Assisting with the overall cleanliness and order of the unit Supporting daily unit activities and engagement programs Conducting routine environmental and safety checks Testing and recording duress alarms and maintaining safety equipment Collaborating closely with nursing and clinical staff to ensure the best outcomes for patients You may also have opportunities to work across different Mental Health Inpatient Units, gaining valuable experience and broadening your skills.
