College of Complementary Medicine – Hornsby NSW Job Hours: 15-21h per week over 2-3 days at Hornsby Pay: $30-35 per hour + Potential for commission About Us: At College of Complementary Medicine, we are dedicated to providing professional educational training that empowers students to advance their careers and become practitioners. We have been in operation for close to 25 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students toward the right courses and help them through the enrolment process. Key Responsibilities Leverage your proven sales experience to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students. Understand and identify customer needs, recommending suitable courses based on their goals and career aspirations. Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information regarding course structures, pricing, and after-sales processes. Engage prospective students over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience that encourages trust and commitment. Advise students on the potential career outcomes and benefits of each course, helping them make informed decisions. Maintain a strong level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our educational offerings. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students. Requirements Proven sales experience with a solid track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone. Ability to clearly explain information in a simple and engaging way. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. A proactive approach and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. Utilize CRM software to track and manage interactions with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. Flexibility to work Saturdays when required (once per month).
