Resourcing Coordinator - Workforce Planning and Resourcing The Resourcing Coordinator works in partnership with organisational leaders to fill staffing gaps across the health service. The role involves liaising with managers to replace staffing shortfalls with Pool and casual bank staff, which occur due to unplanned sick leave and roster shortfalls. It is dynamic, fast‑paced, and requires the ability to respond to time‑sensitive demands while managing competing priorities and problem‑solving effectively.
