The Opportunity As Strategic Business Development Manager – Global Agent Partnerships , you’ll lead how Medibank partners with top global education agents. This role blends strategy and execution, using data-driven insights and strong relationships to co-create solutions, influence investment decisions and support international students with health cover that puts wellbeing first. You will ideally be based in Sydney. How you’ll create impact: Build and convert a pipeline of global education agent partnerships Develop and execute market strategies that drive growth Use data and analytics to shape commercial proposals and influence investment Co-design campaigns and tech integrations that enhance the student experience Represent Medibank at industry events, advocating for student wellbeing Strengthen both Medibank Essentials and ahm brands through internal and external collaboration About You You’re a strategist and connector - comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building trust with global partners. You bring: Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in international education, insurance or health Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow market share through high-value partnerships Advanced data analysis and financial modelling skills Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and presentation skills Cross-cultural awareness; Mandarin language skills highly regarded Why Join Us?
