The Role Lynwood SHS is seeking a passionate and motivated Design and Technologies Teacher to join our dynamic learning community. The suitable applicants will ideally demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and learning and will deliver engaging, relevant, and high‑quality programmes across Years 7 to 12. Lynwood SHS offers a broad and vibrant Design and Technologies programme in Years 11 and 12, including General pathway courses in Building and Construction, Design: Technical Graphics, and Materials Design Technologies: Wood, as well as Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications in Certificate II in Engineering Pathways and Certificate II in Visual Arts (Photography). Students in Years 7 to 10 are introduced to fundamental design and technology concepts, developing essential practical and creative skills. Applicants with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or industry qualifications and the capacity to deliver VET programmes, or those willing to obtain these qualifications, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will be a reflective practitioner committed to the continual development of their pedagogy and professional growth.
