About the role: We currently have several medical receptionist positions available for our busy General Practice. This would initially be a casual role, (3-5 days per week) with the view to become PPT or FT in time. The ability to do a mix of opening (7:30am) and closing (6pm) shifts as well as occasional weekend work would be preferred. Experience in medical reception is valued but not required. A can‑do attitude and the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure is essential. The right candidate will possess strong inter‑personal skills, sound IT knowledge and will be able to work autonomously and as part of our team. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, confirm, and invoice appointments. Manage patient registrations and updates. Handle inquiries in person and over the phone. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in clinician's rooms, reception, and waiting areas. Assist with general reception tasks. Requirements: Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 with evidence provided. Strong problem‑solving skills. Empathetic with a commitment to confidentiality. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
