Job Title Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator Job Description We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services ranging from Penrith area and nearby Services in Western Suburbs. This Permanent Part time position is 25 hours per week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes Lead training, performance, and development in the service Minimise risk and manage safety in services What to Expect Work across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery. Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects and other exciting activities. Implement creative programs and develop meaningful relationships.
