We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Full‑Time E‑Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning, Development and Quality Team. This role will allow you to design, build and maintain high‑quality online training content. You will work closely with both the Compliance and Systems teams to convert compliance‑driven materials into engaging eLearning modules using Articulate 360. The successful candidate will be an expert in Articulate 360, have previous experience within an RTO environment and possess strong problem‑solving skills. This role requires someone who can manage stakeholder expectations, work autonomously and quickly learn new processes and systems. Experience with the aXcelerate student management system and Moodle is highly desirable. Responsibilities Building and designing online courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review) Converting compliance content into structured, interactive eLearning modules Collaborating with Compliance and Systems teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements Maintaining and updating existing eLearning content Ensuring all training materials meet RTO compliance and audit standards Troubleshooting technical and system‑related issues related to course design and deployment RTO sector experience with strong understanding of compliance requirements Ability to interpret technical/compliance content and convert it into engaging, learner‑friendly modules Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in Vocational Education and Training Thorough understanding of the requirements of Training Packages Operating within a compliance‑based environment Record keeping and attention to detail in accordance with Standards for RTOs 2015 Flexibility to travel domestically as required Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred) L4W is seeking a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude who is seeking to achieve positive learning outcomes for incumbents of the program.
