Oceania Engineering Services (OES) is a Perth-based, owner-operated company providing specialised heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) & refrigeration solutions to the marine, offshore, and resource sectors. THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration & Marketing Officer to join our Landsdale team. This varied and hands‑on role combines administrative excellence with creative marketing coordination, supporting both operational functions and brand development across multiple platforms. You’ll assist with office administration, compliance documentation, supplier communication, and also play a key role in marketing, social media, and content creation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general office administration and reception support Assist the procurement department with supplier communication and data entry Maintain accurate records using Xero and Ascora Manage staff inductions, training bookings, medicals, and travel arrangements Assist with compliance documentation and online systems such as MyPass and ISN Prepare and distribute internal newsletters and HSE meeting minutes Support management with quality and HSE reporting Plan and execute marketing activities, including social media posts, website updates, and newsletters Create branded materials (flyers, presentations, capability statements) Assist with the coordination of company events, promotions, and client engagement activities Collaborate with management to build the OES brand presence and maintain consistent messaging ABOUT YOU Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative, marketing, or communications role Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms or marketing content Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team Must have permanent residency or Australian citizenship DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Ascora, MyPass, or ISN systems Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications (or equivalent experience) Basic graphic design or digital marketing knowledge Experience within the engineering, construction, or resource sectors WHY JOIN OES?
