Your Mission: Lead the development and execution of market-winning service strategies with Regional Leaders. Drive high-quality service delivery and installations, including subcontractor oversight. Champion customer experience by ensuring enquiries are resolved swiftly and effectively. Align global and Pacific strategies to local market success. Strengthen key account relationships and exceed contractual targets. Win new national asset contracts through strategic pursuit and client engagement. Innovate the service portfolio by introducing new offerings to market. What You’ll Bring: Relevant degree or a proven track record of success in the service and manufacturing industry. Proven experience as a senior leader in service operations and customer excellence. A background in turnaround environments and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Experience leading diverse, multi-regional teams within a matrix organisation. Strong financial acumen and commercial insight.
