Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Love Your Health Australia – Burleigh Heads QLD Kiva Wellness is looking for a driven, organised Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to take ownership of customer experience from enquiry to after-sales. This role requires someone who can manage sales support, customer communication, showroom coordination and admin without dropping the ball. What You’ll Do Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat (B2C and B2B) Support the sales team with quotes, invoices and follow-ups Coordinate showroom visits, product demos and ensure the space is presentable Manage warranty requests, delivery updates and customer resolutions through HubSpot and Gorgias Keep sales data, customer notes and order details accurate and up to date Liaise with warehouse, finance and marketing teams to keep orders moving smoothly Maintain a strong product knowledge across saunas, ice baths and accessories Who You Are Experience in customer service or sales support (eCommerce or retail preferred) Confident communicator – written and verbal Highly organised with strong attention to detail Happy in an office based role Monday to Friday Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus) Problem‑solver – can take ownership and follow tasks through to completion Professional, reliable and able to manage competing priorities Why Join Kiva Wellness Work with Australia’s leading wellness brand Beautiful showroom and office in Burleigh Heads Product training provided across all wellness categories Supportive team with opportunities to grow Please send us your resume and cover letter explaining why you are suitable for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
