Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Payroll system projects and a keen eye for optimizing financial and payroll processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst for a 6‑month contract, with the option to extend, to support a critical payroll project within an IT Transformation program. As the Senior Business Analyst for Payroll, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the payroll systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and support the implementation of robust payroll solutions. This role involves optimizing processes, facilitating testing, and ensuring seamless data migration and integration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Provide functional expertise in the Finance Payroll toolset being implemented. Support the implementation partner through the configuration of the Finance Payroll modules according to business requirements. Facilitate and support the business in completing required configuration documents for build. Create user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, conduct one‑on‑one interviews, process mapping, and utilize other methods including developing User Stories, likely working within Agile sprint cycles. Qualifications To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who has solid experience working on the implementation of payroll systems, preferably SAP. You will also have solid knowledge of payroll functions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
