We are seeking a high‑performing Business Superannuation Consultant in NSW & ACT to grow our business in the real estate sector within the state and territory. The successful candidate will build and develop our membership and employer base, leveraging relationships with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and the Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT). The role requires travel across metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW, Canberra, and occasional interstate travel for conferences and business development. Key Areas of Responsibility Develop new business relationships with national and state‑based agency networks and independent agencies. Build on existing member and employer relationships. Strengthen relationships with REINSW and REIACT. Grow member and employer base and funds under management. Engage directly with employers and members. Provide referrals to our financial planners. Skills and Experience RG146 compliant. Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services or real estate industry. Proven B2B business development and relationship management experience. Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships. Excellent diary management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with state and national teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Track record of opportunity lead generation through to conversion. Tertiary qualification in a science, economics, or business‑related discipline. Remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience. Current driver’s licence & own vehicle required. Vehicle running costs will be reimbursed. Laptop, mobile, and travel expenses provided.
