About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Supply Coordinator to join the Product & Sourcing team. Reporting into the Supply Team Leader, this role will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and administration of purchase orders to initial concept and development of product. Responsibilities Provide a key link between the production department and supply chain Create and maintain product lines and purchase orders for Retail and Wholesale Engage daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping Support the Product team with sample collection and freight Maintain a weekly delivery schedule Skills & Experience Experience working in a Supply Coordinator or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously Ability to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders Thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong time management and problem‑solving skills are essential Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth Coffee lover?
