Precise Build, a reputable and well-established construction company, is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage core accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accurate financial processes and effective support across all areas of the business. This role would suit someone with experience in accounting within the construction industry who is passionate about providing high-quality support and driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative and accounting functions to support smooth business operations. Maintain accurate financial and employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements. Communicate effectively with employees and management, coordinating payroll, accounts, human recourses and general administrative needs. Process incoming invoices and correspondence, maintaining a well-organised and efficient workflow. Support internal teams by providing clear, timely updates and administrative assistance as needed. Key Requirements: Previous experience in account management, financial administration, within the construction industry. Proficiency in Xero accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Procore and Onecore is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow business processes effectively. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
