Join to apply for the Transformation & Change Manager role at Mars We’re looking for a Transformation & Change Manager to play a key role in shaping and supporting a number of high-impact initiatives across our Petcare business. This role will partner closely with leaders to deliver people‑centred change that enables our teams to thrive during a period of exciting transformation. This is a 12‑month contract role where you will be supporting multiple transformation projects across Sales, Marketing and Supply , helping these teams navigate change with clarity, empathy and strong communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to dabble in broader HR‑related change activities , working closely with P&O partners on initiatives that strengthen ways of working, capability and engagement. You’ll be reporting to the ANZ P&O Transformation Lead and act as the central point for all change activities, working across global and local teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and smooth delivery. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Supply to support seamless transformation delivery Lead change strategy and execution for major transformation initiatives Drive adoption of new systems and processes using Prosci (ADKAR) Support leaders and teams with tools, insights, and clear communications Track success metrics and continuously improve change delivery Collaborate with global change teams across the UK, US, and APAC Collaborate and work with sales, marketing and supply teams What You’ll Bring Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to simplify the complex and drive alignment across teams Experience in managing and/or deep involvement in a multi‑work stream program/PMO Some travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
