This is a unique opportunity for a 12-month mat leave cover, to take ownership of the digital and eCommerce strategy for Elizabeth Arden across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead performance-driven campaigns, optimise the DTC website, and drive commercial outcomes. Responsibilities Lead paid media campaigns across Search (SEO & PPC) and Paid Social Manage CRM strategy and EDM campaigns via Klaviyo Optimise EA.com.au for performance, UX, and brand alignment eCommerce Management Own DTC sales performance and ecommerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention) Manage Shopify platform and promotional calendar Drive database growth and customer acquisition Ensure accurate pricing, product info, and customer service standards Planning & Reporting Lead monthly digital calendar planning Deliver performance scorecards and insights to senior stakeholders Support budget planning and PO management Requirements 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or eCommerce Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics Strong commercial acumen and forecasting skills Proven ability to manage campaigns, agencies, and stakeholders Passion for beauty and digital innovation Benefits Embrace work-life balance with flexible hours and the opportunity to WFH 2-3 days per week Enjoy an early finish every Friday at 1.30pm, kicking off your weekends with a bang Fuel your professional growth with ongoing learning & development opportunities with scope to progress for the right candidate.
