As part of our continued growth, we are introducing a newly created Commercial Manager – Medical & Allied Health Services role. About the Role This role is all about strengthening the commercial performance of our clinics by ensuring we have the right mix of services, providers, premise management and room utilisation across the Myhealth network. You will identify, attract, and secure Medical and Allied Health Professionals, as well as other healthcare service providers, to operate within our clinics. These providers support GP referral pathways, enhance patient care options, diversify clinic offerings, and increase commercial returns. Working closely with Local Partners, GPs, Operations, and the Support Centre, you will understand each clinic's business needs and identify opportunities to bring in high‑value service providers. You will confidently negotiate sub-leases, licence agreements, and commercial terms that create win‑win outcomes for both practitioners and Myhealth. Key Responsibilities Identify and attract a broad range of Medical, Allied Health and other healthcare service providers to Myhealth clinics. Build strong relationships with external practitioners and understand their business requirements. Strategic premise planning and management. Collaborate with Local Partners to identify service gaps, business needs, and opportunities for room utilisation. Negotiate commercial agreements including sub-leases, licences, and rental arrangements. Ensure service offerings within each clinic support GP referral pathways and strengthen overall clinic performance. Monitor room utilisation and develop strategies to maximise occupancy across the network. Maintain accurate pipelines, records, and reporting through internal systems. Represent Myhealth positively and professionally at all times with external and internal stakeholders. About You You are commercially minded, relationship‑driven, and thrive in a role where you can identify opportunities and turn them into tangible outcomes. You enjoy working with a mix of clinicians, business owners, and internal stakeholders and you’re confident negotiating and influencing at all levels. You’ll Bring Experience in healthcare, medical services, Allied Health, or recruitment within these sectors (highly advantageous). You will be positive, high energy and engaging (essential). Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating agreements or sales outcomes. Strategic thinking and planning – you will always be forward thinking. Ability to identify opportunities and proactively convert them. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills. Adaptable working style. Flexibility to travel and work across multiple clinics when required.
