We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Production Chef to join our kitchen. Role Overview The Production Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in line with our recipes and standards, ensuring smooth daily production, and supporting the team with organisation, efficiency, and a strong food safety mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. Key Responsibilities Produce a range of savoury and sweet items following company recipes and specifications Prepare and assemble canapés, ready-to-eat meals, and catering items with precision and consistency Maintain exceptional presentation, texture, and flavour standards Assist with menu development, portion control, and batch cooking Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S policies Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs Uphold cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines Support the wider team as needed during busy periods or events Work Schedule Monday to Friday only Morning shifts (no evenings, weekends, or public holidays) Stable hours ideal for work–life balance Requirements Previous experience as a production chef, catering chef, or high-volume kitchen role Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures Current Food Handler certificate is required Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Pastry or canapé experience is highly valued but not essential Australian work rights are required for this position What We Offer A supportive, respectful, and creative work environment Stable weekdays- only hours Opportunities for skill development and growth within the company Working with a passionate team committed to excellence How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief introduction to We look forward to hearing from you About Elements food concepts Hospitality & Tourism This company does not have any further information provided at this time.
