About the Role As Legal Counsel for PWM, you will provide high‑quality legal services, support and solutions across the PWM business, including traditional trustee services, Native Title and the fiduciary division. Responsibilities Provide sound legal advice to business units, supported by the legal team, within commercially oriented timeframes. Instruct and manage external legal advisors, particularly for outsourcing litigation. Follow through on queries and issues to ensure efficient resolution. Work with internal stakeholders to review, negotiate and manage legal matters. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal developments that may affect PWM businesses. Qualifications Australian law degree and a current practising certificate, or admission to practice as a solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction. At least 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience, ideally with exposure to wills and estates. Litigation experience will be viewed favourably.
