What The Role Is All About As a Senior Analyst, you will work within our GTM team mostly across our Developer, Commercial and Media lines of business but sometimes supporting Residential. You will analyse customer and market trends to inform product development, support customer relationship, marketing effectiveness. Working closely with the wider Marketing teams to drive marketing effectiveness and capability through the development of customer/market/competitor insights. Your mission is to help us reimagine the way we provide insights, while supporting the day to day activities of the broader team. The delivery of analytics & reporting to meet marketing & product needs and drive strategic decision making Analyse, evaluate and report on customer behaviour, market conditions and competitor performance to identify opportunities and support the development of business strategies. Support the development of Customer and Market segmentation models to enhance sales/marketing/product strategies, identify business opportunities and to enhance customer behavioural communications and customer targeting Collaborate with marketing comms to support the development of personalised/tailored customer communications and messaging through behaviour profiling Support & Own the development and iteration of collateral and GTM tools such as Sales Preso. Responsible for sourcing data and supporting design and development.
