Commercial Construction Manager (National Role) Baker Roofing specialises in all aspects of Roofing including Metal Roofing, Tiles and Slating. We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We focus on impressing our clients and ensuring our employees enjoy their job. The Role We are looking for a Commercial Construction Manager to help run the project delivery part of business on large scale projects. You will work closely with the General Manager and Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The CCM manager will liaise with our clients on a regular basis. Your Duties Measuring materials for every job type Working closely with construction team Quality checking every job Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting Ensuring risk assessments are done prior to work start Attending site for check measures and putting orders together Your Experience You will have excellent organisation skills working with contractors You will have excellent presentation skills You pride yourself on quality workmanship You have sound Roofing knowledge and have worked in a similar role You must have a minimum of 10+ years of roofing industry experience You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position You have exceptional customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
