As an Accounting Consultant, you'll become the trusted advisor for customers using their forecasting solution - guiding new clients through onboarding, adoption, and success. You’ll build strong relationships, empower users with expert insights, and ensure they get maximum value from the product. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role that blends your accounting expertise with a passion for technology and problem‑solving. What You’ll Be Doing Customer care: Manage and resolve support queries quickly and effectively. Relationship building: Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and long‑term satisfaction. Customer success: Empower users to achieve best‑practice outcomes and adopt efficient workflows. Product expertise: Become a subject‑matter expert on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles. Collaboration: Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to process improvement. Knowledge sharing: Deliver clear, engaging training sessions, documentation, and webinars. What We’re Looking For Degree‑qualified accountant (CA / CPA desirable). Strong grasp of accounting principles and an understanding of how accounting firms operate. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving ability. Tech‑savvy with experience using SaaS platforms, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk). Ideally, 2+ years in a customer success or similar client‑facing role.
