1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are looking for an experienced Commercial Pool Construction Estimator to join our team and support tendering across a range of Commercial and Semi Commercial pool projects. You will be part of a highly respected, well-established company with over 65 years in business. Our Commercial projects cover a vast range of Pool types & clients, from aquatic centres and sports training facilities to luxury pools in high rise building, whilst liaising with builders, developers, & local govt. infrastructure professionals. Great Team Culture Exposure to varied Commercial & Semi Commercial projects across Sydney & NSW Chance to shape processes & directly impact business performance The role: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes & tenders for Commercial & Semi Commercial pool builds and renovations. Review drawings, spec and site conditions. Liaise with suppliers & sub-contractors to obtain pricing Identify risks & opportunities in tender process Contribute to tender submissions and project budgets Track outcomes (quote won/lost), analyse reasons and prepare monthly reports Track market rates and maintain estimating databases & processes Your Background: Proven experience as a commercial construction estimator (pool experience preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of building methods, materials and subcontract trades Proficient in estimating software + strong excel skills Detail orientated, commercially minded with excellent communication skills Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications Formal qualification in construction or related fields (preferred but not essential) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Our commitment to you We offer competitive remuneration, and you will be employed on a full-time permanent basis.
