Marketing Manager – Senior Level Hinen Australia Pty Ltd is a fast‑growing renewable energy company committed to innovation and sustainability. With global operations and an expanding presence in the Australian market, we are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and accelerate brand and business growth in Australia. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market, including brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and PR. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making. Create and manage content across social media, websites, and digital platforms. Monitor and report on marketing performance, including ROI and key metrics. Provide strategic direction to the marketing team in China, ensuring effective cross‑border collaboration. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in Australia. Experience in renewable energy, solar, or technology sectors is highly preferred. Skilled in photography and videography, including planning shots and coordinating on‑site location shoots. Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Data Studio / Power‑BI, and Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experienced with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and visual design software Adobe including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proactive attitude with a strong results‑oriented mindset. Applicants must be Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens.
