Lead our dynamic sales and marketing team in the fast‑moving world of elite thoroughbreds. You will be managing the Sales and Marketing teams in this exciting, niche industry. Given the niche nature of the industry prior exposure isn’t a pre‑requisite but a passion for being a market leader and providing a best‑in‑class customer experience is essential. Key Responsibilities Strategic sales experience: The ability to identify and convert opportunities, discover gaps in the market and develop new service offerings. Lead by example, train, mentor and develop your team to ensure their success using proven metrics. Recruit and onboard additional sales and marketing professionals as the business continues to grow. Ability to analyse sales data and strategically delegate leads to team members. Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients. Manage sales and marketing reporting and meet regularly with the Director to report on progress. The ability to develop visit schedules that includes metropolitan and regional clientele. Sound knowledge of Australian geography and the flexibility to travel as required. There is potential to expand overseas for the right candidate. Proven track record in achieving deadlines and revenue targets. Ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse industry stakeholders. Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive engagement and lead generation. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials, digital ads, and video content that align with brand messaging. Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. Drive brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring messaging aligns with company values and tone.
