What You’ll Do Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored retention solutions. Support clients considering exiting by identifying ways to improve their experience and retain their trust Deliver retention strategies to prevent clients exiting and improve engagement Act as the first point of contact to resolve concerns with empathy and confidence Help clients maximise their Support at Home benefits Collaborate with various teams across the business to drive success and strengthen client relationships Use AI and digital tools to improve response times, insights, and workflows Track and share client insights to drive improvements across the business This is your chance to take on a role that makes a real difference to both clients and the business. What You’ll Bring A driven and proactive mindset, with a passion for tackling challenges and achieving results Experience in client success, account management, or customer retention Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships A balance of empathy and persuasive problem-solving when managing client conversations A hands‑on approach to client engagement and retention strategies CRM experience and confidence working with data, metrics, and performance goals An openness to adopting new digital and AI tools to boost efficiency and client outcomes Knowledge of aged care or Support at Home Program is valued but not essential.
