The Role As Account Director - Client Services , you'll drive new business and deepen existing client relationships within the Consumer Products & Retail sector. Working closely with the Head of Consumer Products and product specialists, you'll connect data with strategy, translating insights into action. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities across Roy Morgan's data, segmentation, and digital solutions Grow and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from our insights to deliver strategic recommendations that drive measurable business or social outcomes Use research data to deliver insights Lead strategic conversations and workshops linking data to commercial outcomes Champion Roy Morgan's Helix Personas and digital tools to solve real-world marketing and media challenges Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation across our products and services Provide structured account planning and reporting to support business growth About You You're a commercially minded relationship-builder who loves using data to tell stories and solve business problems. You're confident leading clients, comfortable in complex conversations, and driven by the impact of your work.
