We’ve just closed our Series A, customers love us, and we’re growing quickly. Now we’re looking for a sharp, driven influencer & affiliates lead to help us reach more pet parents across Australia (and beyond). Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Your role Build and scale Fetch’s partner ecosystem from the ground up Sourcing, pitching, and signing creators, influencers, and SMEs Designing outreach, incentives, and onboarding flows that convert Building effective systems to track, reward, and scale partnerships Working across marketing, product, and operations to turn partners into growth Measuring what works, doubling down on successful tactics, and ditching what doesn’t Qualifications / what we’re looking for You’re fast, creative, and obsessed with outcomes You know how to find the right people and close the deal You’ve built affiliate or influencer programs before, or you’re eager to create one from scratch You test multiple outreach approaches, automate follow-ups, and build scalable systems You understand creators, spot talent early, speak their language, and make them feel like partners Deep in pet culture; bonus points if your feed features many pets To apply Tell us about a partnership or affiliate programme you’ve built — what did it deliver?
