Position Overview MACA are seeking a Site Administrator for a full‑time permanent position working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Sanjiv Ridge. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a high level of support to the site‑based team across maintenance and production. The Sanjiv Ridge mine is an iron ore operation located north of Perth in Western Australia’s north‑eastern Pilbara. Build your future with one of WA's most trusted contractors. Responsibilities Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a high level of support to the site‑based team across maintenance and production. Qualifications & Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience in a site‑based administration position in the resources sector. Experience across maintenance and production is preferred but not essential. Roster management. Data entry and preparation of reports. Coordination of flights and accommodation. Coordinate supplies – delivery to and from sites. Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Current WA driver’s licence. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Energetic fast learner.
