Responsibilities Deliver excellent Power BI development capability, shape university-wide analytics capabilities, and drive cloud-based reporting innovation. Manage Power BI environments, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and security management. Design and create advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that meet complex business requirements. Develop and maintain sophisticated data models to support diverse reporting and analytics needs. Provide high‑level advice and support on design considerations and troubleshoot complex issues. Qualifications Hold an IT degree or have equivalent experience in enterprise‑level reporting development. Have at least 3 years of experience working with BI tools in a large, complex data warehouse environment. Demonstrate expertise in Power BI service administration, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. Possess experience with Azure services and Fabric premium capacity. Show strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
