Join Sigma Healthcare, one of Australia’s largest pharmacy wholesalers supporting brands like Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Stores. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis, with an immediate start ideal. You’ll receive one-on-one training in our Clayton office , then transition to our Preston site from the end of February . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, has exceptional accuracy, and enjoys structured processes. What You’ll Be Doing Complete high-volume data validation via automated workflows (digital AP processing) Perform high-volume manual data entry with speed and accuracy Compile, sort and verify data for correct processing Enter invoices to the correct entity and accurately record GST values Ensure supporting documentation is scanned and attached correctly Respond to ad-hoc administrative and accounts payable tasks Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly What We’re Looking For Experience in accounts payable or high-volume data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Fast and confident data entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset Experience with accounting/ERP systems (advantageous) Must be available to start immediately Why You’ll Love Working With Us Permanent full-time role with long-term stability Step-by-step 1:1 training to set you up for success Join a large, supportive finance team within an ASX Top 50 organisation Staff discounts and access to career pathways across a large national network Location & Work Arrangements Now – end of Feb: Based onsite in Clayton for training From late Feb: Ongoing base in Preston Ready to Apply?
