Due to continued expansion a new role has been created with a medium tier building contractor who is looking for a Building Estimator to join their established team. You will report to an Estimating Manager and you will have an estimating cadet and administrative support staff reporting directly to you. You will be estimating, cost planning and doing design reviews for negotiated submissions and hard dollar tenders. Projects are across several markets including education, commercial, retail, hospitality, health, and age care and infrastructure projects ranging from $0.5 M to $30 M. The company has a reputation for often taking on and successfully completing very technically challenging construction projects. The estimating team work closely with the construction team to come up with interesting and innovative ideas on how to build smartly. If you are an Estimator who loves the building industry, enjoys being part of the crucial planning stages and enjoys adding value you will absolutely love working for this company.
