THE ROLE As part of the FONZ team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and helping more Australians switch to sustainable transport. You’ll connect customers with our products, support them through their purchase journey, and help create memorable brand experiences. Your role will include: Actively engaging with people about the benefits of two‑wheel EVs (sustainability, performance, convenience, saving time & money) and guiding them toward the right product Calling inbound sales leads and prospects to quote, book test rides, and convert them into FONZ owners Representing FONZ at events, tradeshows and activations to generate interest and create new sales opportunities Managing inbound enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience Updating product options and customer preferences in our systems to deliver a smooth, professional end‑to‑end sales process. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role A people person with exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills Ability to present products persuasively, understand customer needs, and confidently handle objections Methodical, driven, and enjoys the challenge of the chase Motorcycle licence, or willingness to get licensed and ride an electric motorbike/scooter Willingness to travel interstate for activations and events Availability on weekends for activations and events WHY FONZ?
