OurValues:Family, Dependability, Customer Service, Quality, Connection & Efficiency Responsibilities Coordinate the end‑to‑end export process, including booking shipments, tracking cargo and ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and process shipping documentation, focusing on compliance with trade regulations. Maintain effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to track shipments and resolve logistical issues promptly. Monitor shipment status proactively and provide timely updates to customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to uphold high service standards. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge of import and export logistics for sea shipments, including incoterms. Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word). Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and use initiative. Flexible and adaptable.
