Ability Plus Disability Services – Cheltenham VIC Join a values-driven disability support organisation and play a key role in ensuring our Support Worker team is fully compliant, trained and ready to deliver quality care. About the Role As our Employment Compliance Coordinator, you’ll oversee Support Worker employment documentation, coordinate mandatory training, and keep all worker records accurate, up to date and compliant. You’ll work closely with Operations, P&C and Quality teams to support smooth processes and a high-performing workforce. What You’ll Do Issue contracts, variations and classification updates Maintain worker records and manage employment changes Coordinate inductions, refresher training and clinical training Track mandatory checks and follow up expiriesPrepare compliance reports and verify qualifications Support recruitment and general HR admin during peak periods What You Bring Experience in HR admin, compliance or workforce administration Knowledge of disability or aged care (preferred) Strong attention to detail and excellent time management Confident communicator with great customer service skills Tech savvy and comfortable with multiple systems Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Mandatory NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check.
