About the Role Support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑end kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellence across all dishes. Contribute to menu development and innovation, incorporating seasonal produce and contemporary techniques. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with company and regulatory requirements. Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and cost control to support efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications & Experience Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant. Food Cleanliness: Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Leadership and Team Player Skills: Demonstrates a passion for mentoring and developing talented culinary professionals into future leaders. Effective Communication: Skills in fostering honesty and transparency, with the ability to provide timely updates.
