Are you passionate about both hands‑on technical work and IT troubleshooting? We’re looking for a Level 1 IT Technician who enjoys a mix of structured cabling and end‑user support. This role offers a perfect balance of practical installation work and technology problem‑solving. What You’ll Do Install and run Cat6/Cat6A cabling Terminate patch panels, wall plates, and outlets Assist with small network cabinet installations Provide Level 1 remote and onsite IT support Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals What We’re Looking For Hands‑on experience in structured cabling (running, terminating, testing) Background in Level 1 IT support Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt to different work environments Valid driver’s licence Preferred (Not Essential) ACMA licence Microsoft 365 experience Familiarity with ticketing systems Why You’ll Love This Role Balanced mix of cabling and IT support tasks Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills Variety of work across multiple sites Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply If you're passionate about security technology and want to work with a company that values integrity, growth, and technical excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
