National Business Manager – Griffin’s Snacks Australia Join to apply for the National Business Manager – Griffin’s Snacks Australia role at Griffin’s Snacks Overview We’re searching for a passionate, results‑driven and motivated sales leader with a successful track record in FMCG business development, to step into the pivotal role of National Business Manager – Griffin’s Snacks Australia . Reporting into New Zealand, this full‑time, permanent role works remotely and can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with regular domestic travel required. Here at Griffin’s Snacks, we’re part of the Intersnack Group, a global snack food leader operating in over 30 countries. Whilst internationally owned, we manufacture locally across multiple manufacturing sites in New Zealand and proudly produce some of NZ’s favourite snack brands – including Griffin’s, Huntley & Palmers, ETA, Nice & Natural, Snackachangi and Proper Crisps. Responsibilities Developing strategic plans to achieve key business metrics Building annual plans that deliver strong positive outcomes for our brands, to meet budgeted financial and market share commitments Maintaining and developing existing (and new) relationships in Australia across all retailers, wholesalers and distributors Partnering with customers to generate reliable sales forecasts to support production planning Working closely with key internal stakeholders across NZ and AU, including category and marketing teams Managing our sales and trade investment to deliver our targets Preparing and presenting Price and Promotions strategy, Category and NPD Reviews to customers Maintaining and implementing agreed NPD plans, ensuring ranging targets are achieved across targeted channels Implementing the agreed Sales and Marketing plan which will include key dates, activity and KPI’s Qualifications It’s likely you’ll be in a National Business Manager role currently, with solid experience in FMCG Proven experience partnering with FMCG retailers, wholesalers and distributors – ideally, you’ve held a role where you are managing all channels at any given time Excellent communication and business partnering skills – you can effectively tailor your approach and love working with a range of people and teams, either in person or remotely Strong negotiation and selling skills with proven track record of delivering results Passion for business development and driving growth Accountability and self‑motivation – you own your decisions and can be counted on to do what you say you will Impressive organisation and planning skills that allow you to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong Excel skillset is a ‘must have’, and knowledge of Promax, BW & SAP would be great but not deal breakers Eye for detail and solid analytical skillset – you don’t miss a thing, leave no stone unturned and enjoy turning insights into actions Benefits You can expect a competitive package, supportive working environment where you'll feel engaged and valued, career growth opportunities, flexible working options and a focus on health and wellness to make your workplace more enjoyable – including Birthday Leave, Wellbeing & Volunteer Days Application Process Our application process includes a second Job Specific Application Form to help support your job application.
