An opportunity has become available for an Employee Support Specialist who will deliver operational and technical support to the Reward Gateway Australia customers. Note the working hours for this role are 22:00 - 08:00 or 23:00 - 09:00. Key Responsibilities Provide support to our Australian clients and their employees Manage accurate and well‑written answers to incoming queries and calls Fast resolution to queries and problems Develop product knowledge and be on top of technical updates, industry changes, social media developments, HR trends, current legislation, and employee engagement best practices Create relationships with other Reward Gateway teams Skills Fluent written and spoken English Forward‑thinking, positive, and self‑motivated Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills Confident computer user including navigating websites and online software You should be highly organised with great attention to detail and able to evaluate and prioritise customer demands Excited to learn new things and willing to invest personal time and energy in improvements Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team The Interview Process Video screen interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team Online test to complete prior to the final interview Final stage interview with Employee Support Team Manager and Employee Support Supervisor At Reward Gateway | Edenred we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
