We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant in Braeside. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at reception. This is a permanent part‑time role. Key Responsibilities Provide a range of administrative support functions to support the delivery of core day‑to‑day and project activities Assist the Heads with papers and reports for internal and external meetings Act as a point of contact for all supplier and customer related queries Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements Work with the Business Manager & PPG head office on the marketing, promotion & coordination of workshops, seminars, and training and trade events at our Braeside training centre & external venues Skills & Experience 3 years’ experience in an administration or assistant role (or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP desirable Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable About PPG PPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
