About the Role As the Sales manager you will provide strategic leadership and oversight across Mortgage Ezy’s national broker and B2B distribution channels. You will drive growth, strengthen industry relationships, improve service performance and lead a talented sales team to deliver exceptional results. In this senior role, you’ll mentor, guide and empower your team while collaborating with Operations, Credit, Compliance, Marketing and Product to ensure Mortgage Ezy remains competitive, service-focused and partner-centric. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national broker and B2B distribution strategy Set sales growth and profitability targets aligned to business objectives Strengthen relationships with aggregator networks, broker groups and key partners Oversee and approve participation in industry events, PD days and seminars Drive service-excellence initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Credit and Settlements Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing national Sales & Distribution team Monitor sales pipeline, conversion metrics and channel performance Provide strategic insights into market trends, competitor movements and product opportunities Contribute to business-wide strategy as part of the senior leadership team You are an experienced mortgage industry leader with a proven track record in broker distribution, sales leadership and strategic execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for shaping culture, driving service excellence and building strong industry partnerships. You will bring: Senior leadership experience within mortgage distribution, non-bank lending or financial services Strong relationships across brokers, aggregators and industry partners Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering growth targets Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills A strategic mindset with the ability to influence across the organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
