Focus of the Role

Day to day, you will be managing customer service and sales enquiries and provisioning orders for Telstra’s medium business and business plus customers.

What You’ll Do

Telstra Business - Telstra Business Technology Centres provides IT and business support to Telstra's business customers.

As a TBTC Customer Sales and Service specialist you will have exceptional customer service, administration, and time management skills with the ability to trouble shoot and manage multiple deadlines and priorities whilst committing to customer excellence.

Additionally, you will be:

Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing Telstra medium and Business plus customers including sales, managing activities related to customer orders and cash handling.

Manage customers who visit TBTC.

Handle inbound customer service and simplex sales queries by phone & face to face, manage tickets and process customer workflows, complaints & escalations and solve complex billing enquiries.

Responsible for stock ordering process and regular stocktake.
