Program Overview Jump straight from the classroom into a real career with STP Choose from one of the following career pathways: Junior Draftsperson – Full‑time work + part‑time study in an Associate Degree of Engineering or TAFE drafting/design course Cadet Engineer – Full‑time work + part‑time study in a Bachelor of Engineering What You’ll Do Apply your learning directly to real engineering and drafting projects that make a difference Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals Participate in company initiatives, culture programs, and engagement activities Balance hands‑on work with structured study time Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for bright, motivated Year 12 graduates who are ready to take their first big step into the world of engineering and design. Finishing Year 12 in 2025 and eager to start your career Curious and driven – you enjoy problem‑solving and learning how things work Ready to balance part‑time study with real project experience Motivated to grow into a qualified Draftsperson or Engineer Eager to learn from the best and gain hands‑on, practical experience that sets you apart Bring your enthusiasm and we will help you turn it into a career.
