Our Values Trust Respect Empathy Open‑Minded Integrity About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic personality with strong communication skills, high attention to detail and proven administrative experience to make the role of Executive Assistant your own. It is a permanent full‑time position (Monday – Friday), based out of our Hawthorn office and reporting to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Providing high‑level administrative support to the CEO, Operations Manager and Non‑Executive Directors, including meeting preparation, minute taking and report preparation for the executive team. Reception duties: answering and directing phone calls, emails and mail. Acting as the first point of contact and interacting with key internal and external stakeholders. Handling new client enquiries with compassion, discretion and sensitivity. Overseeing office supplies, inventory management and procurement of necessary equipment or services. Assisting in organising company events and employee engagement sessions. Managing all client enquiries and queries. About You Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, organised and confident, able to work independently and as part of a team. Meticulous attention to detail. Reliable, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively. Intermediate to advanced competency with MS Office suite. Proven experience in a fast‑paced administrative, receptionist or office management role. Experience in aged‑care or in‑home care desirable but not essential. Eligible to work in Australia and able to obtain a satisfactory Police Check. Proven executive support experience or tertiary qualifications. Experience with CRM systems and office IT software. Professional and mature approach with immaculate presentation. Current driver’s licence, access to a registered, insured, and well‑presented vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening Check.
