About The Role Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers. This may include responding to complex enquiries and occasionally redirecting to a subject matter expert when required. Operate in a virtual environment, taking on roles that handle allocation, administration, and reporting in line with defined service standards and key performance indicators. Activities include mailbox management, tasking, application processing, and financial processing. Support Facility Management activities at the Parkhurst office such as accommodation requests, maintaining access registers, supporting site and safety activities, and site communication. Contribute to the development of high‑quality, accurate and easily understood support and training materials, ensuring required information is presented in a clear and easily understood manner. Provide support to our contact centre, using call centre technology and equipment, demonstrating your passion for providing a great customer experience. Work cooperatively as a team member to solve problems quickly and effectively. Actively seek to engage with peers and build and maintain strong internal relationships. Demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and development, including providing and seeking regular feedback on ideas, suggestions and solutions with relevant stakeholders. Comply with and adhere to DPI and Queensland Government policies, procedures, standards and legislation relevant to the role and work area. Support an inclusive and harmonious team culture by actively contributing to initiatives and demonstrating professionalism, respect and support in all work activities. Undertake specific administration duties and project activities as directed.
