With flexible hours, a dynamic team environment, and opportunities for growth, this is your chance to make a real impact in the community while building a rewarding career About the Role The Client Contact Officer will receive, assess and respond to phone and electronic enquiries and provide a range of supports and services to new and existing CatholicCare customers. The primary objective of this role includes: Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner; Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate; Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; and Provide and recommend information about CatholicCare services. What We’re Looking For Availability between 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday Previous experience in customer service, support, or a call centre environment Experience in the aged care or community sector (highly regarded) You’ll also need to demonstrate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in high-volume, fast-paced environments Strong computer and data entry skills Sound problem-solving ability and decision-making skills Capacity to manage multiple systems while maintaining client engagement A positive, team-oriented mindset CatholicCare Central Queensland is a respected not-for-profit organisation supporting communities across the Catholic Diocese of Rockhampton — from Mackay to Bundaberg and Longreach.
